Scope of application
Article 1
Accommodation contracts and related contracts concluded between Guest house HaDuNo and guests shall be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws and ordinances or generally established customs. will do.
Article 1, Paragraph 2
If Guest house HaDuNo responds to a special agreement within the scope of laws and customs, that special agreement shall take precedence regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Application for accommodation contract
Article 2
A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with Guest house HaDuNo shall notify Guest house HaDuNo of the following items.

C. Telephone number and e-mail address that can be contacted
D. Number of guests
E. Other matters deemed necessary by Guest house HaDuNo
Article 2, Paragraph 2
In the event that the guest requests, during the stay, to extend the stay beyond the number of days stipulated in Item 2 of the preceding paragraph, Guest house HaDuNo will treat it as an application for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made. increase.
Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.
Article 3
The accommodation contract shall be concluded when Guest house HaDuNo accepts the application set forth in the preceding article. However, this does not apply when Guest house HaDuNo proves that it did not consent.
Article 3, Paragraph 2
When an accommodation contract for one night or more has been concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the basic accommodation charge for the number of nights to be stayed shall be paid in full by the time of check-in.
Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract
Article 4
Guest house HaDuNo may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases.
1. When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
2. When there is no room in the guest room due to full occupancy.
3. When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay is likely to act against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals regarding accommodation.
4. When the person who intends to stay is deemed to fall under any of the following (a) to (c).

Organized crime groups designated in Article 2, Item 2 of the Law Concerning Prevention of Unfair Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Law No. 77 of 1991); Organized crime group members (hereinafter referred to as "gang member"), gang associate members, gang members, and other anti-social forces
B. When an organized crime group or a member of an organized crime group is a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled
C. Corporations whose officers are members of organized crime groups

7. When it is not possible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
8. When the person who intends to stay is likely to cause trouble to other guests due to drunkenness, etc.
9. When there is behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
Guest Right to Cancel Contract
Article 5
The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by making a request to Guest house HaDuNo.
Article 5, Paragraph 2
If Guest house HaDuNo cancels the accommodation contract in whole or in part due to reasons for which the guest is responsible, guest house HaDuNo will charge a cancellation fee as listed in Attached Table 2.
Article 5, Paragraph 3
If Guest house HaDuNo does not arrive by XX:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation without contacting Guest house HaDuNo (if the estimated time of arrival is specified in advance, 2 hours after that time) , the accommodation contract may be treated as being canceled by the guest.
Guest house HaDuNo's right to cancel the contract
Article 6
Guest house HaDuNo may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
1. When it is recognized that the guest may act against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals, or when it is recognized that he or she has done the same.
2. When it is clearly recognized that the guest is infected with an infectious disease from the first category to the third category specified by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
3. When it is not possible to provide accommodation due to reasons caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
4. When the guest is deemed to fall under any of the following a) to c).

・Other items whose possession is prohibited by law
10. When the hotel equipment or goods are taken out of the hotel or moved to another place in the hotel.
11. When attempting to change, remodel, or modify the building or facilities.
12. When distributing advertisements or goods, engaging in religious activities (proselytizing or soliciting) or conducting sales activities to other guests, visitors or employees within the hotel.
13. When the guest acts in a way that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
14. When the guest does not comply with the usage rules stipulated by Guest house HaDuNo.
Article 6, Paragraph 2
When Guest house HaDuNo cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for accommodation services that have not yet been provided.
Registration of accommodation
Article 7
Guests are required to register the following items at the front desk (tablet terminal) of Guest house HaDuNo on the day of their stay.
1. Guest's name, age, gender, address and occupation
2. Nationality and passport number for foreigners
3. Departure date and scheduled departure time
4. Other matters deemed necessary by Guest house HaDuNo
Article 7, Paragraph 2
When the Guest intends to pay the charges in Article 10 by means of accommodation coupons, credit cards, etc., which can be substituted for currency, he/she shall present them in advance at the time of registration in the preceding Paragraph.
Room usage time
Article 8
The hours during which guests can use the guest rooms of Guest house HaDuNo shall be as follows. The same applies to consecutive stays.

Article 8, paragraph 2
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, Guest house HaDuNo may accept the use of guest rooms outside the hours specified in the same paragraph. In this case, additional charges listed in Article 10, Paragraph 4 will be charged.
Compliance with usage rules
Article 9
Guests are required to comply with the rules of use established by Guest house HaDuNo and posted within the hotel.

The business hours of the main facilities, etc. of Guest house HaDuNo are as follows, and the detailed business hours of other facilities, etc., are provided in the pamphlets provided, the display of each document, the service directory in the guest room, etc.

The breakdown of the accommodation charges, etc. to be paid by the guest and the calculation method thereof shall be as listed in Appended Table 1.
Article 10, Paragraph 2
Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made at the time of the guest's arrival or at the time of Guest house HaDuNo's arrival or by alternative means such as Bank of Japan notes and coins (Japanese yen), accommodation coupons approved by Guest house HaDuNo, credit cards, etc. When you make a request, please do so at the front desk (online payment from HP).
Article 10, paragraph 3
After Guest house HaDuNo provides a guest room to the guest and it becomes available for use, if the guest voluntarily does not stay, or if the guest voluntarily cancels the stay after using the room, the accommodation fee for the entire day I accept.
Article 10, paragraph 4
If you do not return the key that allows you to enter and exit Guest house HaDuNo after check-out, 1,500 yen will be charged after 1 hour from check-out time, 3,000 yen will be charged after 2 hours, and if it is not returned by 14:00. will charge an amount equivalent to the accommodation fee for the entire day. Please note that this does not guarantee accommodation on the day of the violation.
Liability of Guest house HaDuNo
Article 11
Guest house HaDuNo will compensate for the damages if damages are caused to the guests due to the performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts, or due to their non-fulfillment. However, this shall not apply if it is due to reasons not attributable to Guest house HaDuNo.
Article 11, Paragraph 2
Guest house HaDuNo is covered by liability insurance in order to deal with unexpected fires.
Handling when contracted guest rooms cannot be provided
Article 12
When Guest house HaDuNo is unable to provide the contracted guest room to the guest, Guest house HaDuNo shall arrange other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as much as possible with the guest's consent.
Article 12, Paragraph 2
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if Guest house HaDuNo cannot arrange other accommodation facilities, Guest house HaDuNo will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation charges, and the compensation fee will be applied to the reparations. However, if there is no reason attributable to Guest house HaDuNo for not being able to provide the guest room, we will not pay the compensation fee.
Handling of deposited items
Article 13
If the goods, cash, or valuables brought into Guest house HaDuNo by the guest and deposited at the front desk are damaged, lost, damaged, etc. In the case of gross negligence, we will compensate for the damage.
However, with regard to cash and valuables, if Guest house HaDuNo requests a declaration of the type and value of the item and the guest fails to do so, Guest house HaDuNo will charge up to 50,000 yen. I will compensate for the damage.
Article 13, Paragraph 2
Items, cash, valuables or personal belongings (including items placed in the unmanned luggage storage area in Guest house HaDuNo) not deposited at the front desk by the guest will not be stolen, lost, stolen, or lost in the guest room or in the hotel. Guest house HaDuNo will not compensate for any damages. However, this does not apply in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of Guest house HaDuNo. Even in that case, Guest houseHaDuNo will compensate for damages up to 50,000 yen for items for which the guest did not declare the type and price in advance.
Storage of guest's baggage or personal belongings
Article 14
If the guest's baggage arrives at Guest house HaDuNo prior to their stay, we will take responsibility for keeping it only when Guest house HaDuNo has agreed to it prior to their arrival, and will hand it over to the guest at the front desk when they check-in. increase.

In the event that the guest's luggage or belongings are left behind at Guest house HaDuNo after the guest has checked out, when the owner is identified, Guest house HaDuNo will contact the owner and provide instructions. shall be required. Article 14, paragraph 3
In the case of the preceding two paragraphs, the responsibility of Guest house HaDuNo for the custody of the guest's luggage or belongings shall be in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of the preceding article in the case of paragraph 1, and The provisions of paragraph 2 shall apply.
Security for guest's luggage or belongings
Article 15
Guest house HaDuNo will not compensate for any damage caused by the guest not following the hotel staff's instructions, guidance, notices, emergency evacuation guidance, guidance, etc.
Guest Responsibility
Article 16
If Guest house HaDuNo suffers damage due to the guest's intention or negligence, the guest will be required to compensate Guest house HaDuNo for the damage.
Disclaimer
Article 17
The use of computer communication from within Guest house HaDuNo shall be done at the customer's own risk. Even if the service is interrupted due to system failure or other reasons during the use of computer communication, and the user suffers any damage as a result, the Company does not take any responsibility. In addition, if the Company or a third party suffers damage due to an act that the Company deems inappropriate for the use of computer communication, the User will be required to compensate for the damage.

This accommodation agreement shall apply from June 1, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "application start date").
However, for accommodation contracts that have already been concluded by the day before the application start date, the old accommodation agreement and usage rules shall apply.
